By accessing or using the CorelixRF website (the "Site"), submitting an engineering inquiry, or entering into any commercial relationship with CorelixRF, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the "Terms").

If you are acting on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.

CorelixRF grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use this Site solely for lawful business evaluation, product research, or entering into commercial discussions with CorelixRF.

You agree not to:

• Reproduce, copy, or redistribute any Site content without express written permission.

No license or right is granted to you in any intellectual property by these Terms or by your access to the Site, except as expressly set forth herein.

• Product designs, schematics, and custom engineering deliverables created for OEM/ODM projects remain the property of CorelixRF until full payment is received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Customer-provided specifications and technical requirements are treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties.
• Any feedback or suggestions submitted to CorelixRF may be used without restriction or compensation to the submitting party.

Product specifications, performance data, frequency ranges, and power ratings published on this Site represent standard platform capabilities and are provided for reference only. Final specifications are confirmed in writing upon order acceptance.

CorelixRF reserves the right to modify product designs, component sourcing, or specifications without notice, provided that core performance parameters agreed in a purchase order are maintained.

• OEM/ODM customization scope, timelines, and deliverables are governed by individual project agreements.
• Engineering review calls and pre-sales consultations do not constitute a binding commitment or contract.
• Sample requests are subject to availability and CorelixRF's discretion.
• All prices quoted are indicative and subject to final confirmation based on order volume, configuration, and delivery terms.

RF power amplifiers and related products may be subject to export control regulations in China, the United States, and other jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable export control laws, trade sanctions, and import regulations in your country.

• Customers are responsible for obtaining any required export licenses or authorizations.
• CorelixRF will not accept orders where the stated end-use raises compliance concerns.
• False declarations of end-use or end-user may result in immediate order cancellation and legal action.

Information shared with CorelixRF through inquiry forms, email, or during engineering consultations — including but not limited to project requirements, design specifications, and business plans — will be treated as confidential. CorelixRF will not disclose such information to third parties without your prior written consent, except as required by law.

For projects requiring formal confidentiality obligations, CorelixRF is willing to enter into a mutually agreed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to detailed technical discussions.

• Inquiries submitted via the Site are treated as confidential by default.
• Internal technical reviews of customer specifications are limited to relevant CorelixRF engineering staff.
• Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any commercial relationship for a period of three (3) years.

The Site and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. CorelixRF makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any information on the Site for any particular purpose.

• CorelixRF does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• Technical specifications published on the Site are indicative and may not reflect the latest product revisions.
• Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only; CorelixRF assumes no responsibility for their content or practices.
• No statement on the Site constitutes an engineering recommendation for safety-critical applications without a separate written assessment.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CorelixRF and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Site or any products or services obtained through it.

In no event shall CorelixRF's total cumulative liability to you exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to CorelixRF in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD 100).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CorelixRF and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
• Your use of the Site or CorelixRF products in a manner not authorized herein.
• Any content, specifications, or materials you provide to CorelixRF that infringe the intellectual property or other rights of a third party.
• Any false representations made to CorelixRF regarding end-use, compliance, or identity.

CorelixRF collects only the personal and business information necessary to respond to your inquiry and manage the commercial relationship. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.

• Information submitted via inquiry forms is used solely to respond to your request and provide relevant product or engineering information.
• Contact data may be retained for up to three (3) years to support ongoing business correspondence.

If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), whose award shall be final and binding.

• Arbitration proceedings will be conducted in English or Chinese, as agreed by the parties.
• The seat of arbitration shall be Shenzhen, People's Republic of China.
• Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a competent court.
